To have the 3D effect you can user :

OR :

Select the parallel in the view tab . Then you see 2 picture. You have to focus your eyes in the midle and try to see really far.

Or choose the cross view in the view tab,You should see now 2 picture. Your left eye should focus the right picture and your right eye should focus the left picture.
